It all begins with an idea. This experience with Monet J (oneshotmo on Instagram) was nothing short of AMAZING! This was a beautiful experience, being able ot be surrounded by other amazing women who have their own businesses and full of empowerment!

As I am building Menal Matters, I have made strong efforts to show up at events that are held in Charlotte, NC. Networking plays a huge role in what Mental Matters and as the founder, I look forward to collaborating with more Charlotte-based companies that are based on growth, spirituality, and development!

I was never really one who would prefer to be in front of the camera. As I have moved more into my purpose, God has allowed me to push myself more into the forefront. I am moving more into my calling and I am feeling the doors opening up every time I put in time and effort into my business.
