Coaching Agreement

By enrolling in the 6-Week Coaching Package, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Life coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on goal setting, accountability, and personal development.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes during and after coaching.

  • Coaching sessions are most effective when clients arrive prepared, engaged, and open to reflection and action.

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited, depending on the cancellation policy.

  • Confidentiality is respected; however, coaching does not follow the same legal or ethical guidelines as licensed therapy.
